The reasons for the blockage of the nozzle of the thermal transfer printer:
1. If the blockage of the printer nozzle is not very serious, normal printing can be completed, but the printed text document is slightly inferior to the past (for example, the font of some text is unclear or the color of some photos is shifted, etc.), if If you don’t want to be too inconvenient, you can use the software tools built into the printer driver software to clean the printer nozzles. Generally speaking, most inkjet printers will attach special tools for cleaning the printer cartridges.
2. There will be problems such as disconnection, white line, and color shift when outputting and printing, but there is still black ink in the printer cartridge. This kind of nozzle blockage must be cleaned manually.
3. Sometimes the printer is not used for a long time, and some customers connect the printer cartridge immediately, which is very easy to cause the nozzle to block, and the black ink of the internal structure is also done. At this time, it cannot be printed out, so a "unique" solution must be developed. , prepare 95% ethanol, a clean and tidy water cup, and a disposable syringe in advance. Connect the plastic hose of the disposable syringe to the ink supply port of the print head, place the top of the print head in ethanol with a concentration of 95%, and suck the ethanol into the syringe of the injection needle according to the print head. Obvious print head.
Thermal transfer printer nozzle blockage cleaning method:
1. First clean the print head, follow the reminder to check the print head step by step, about 5-10 minutes. Repeat like that 3 times, and most will handle most blockages.
2. You must prepare 4 to 6 injection needles with a volume of about 20ML in advance, and then you will pull out the needle and reserve. A nozzle inspection must be done to see which color is actually blocked according to the method of printing out the relevant inspection page. Remove the built-in printer cartridge, check the clogged printer cartridge in detail, and see if there are air bubbles around the nozzle.
When you see that there are bubbles, you must put the injection needle into the hole that matches the hole in the inkjet printer, and you must insert it all the way. Then everyone pumped the ink out until the part connected to the air outlet was also drawn out. When it is found that the ink cannot be drawn, everyone will gently spread the ink in and send it back and forth several times until there are no air holes.
