The heat transfer printing film has the following four structures

1. Base layer

That is, the carrier coated with release agent, ink and adhesive is required to be resistant to temperature, pressure and small tensile deformation.

2. Release layer

It is a layer of release agent coating, which remains solid at room temperature and can be melted at a certain temperature. The release agent is the key to complete the separation of the printed layer from the base layer and transfer to the surface of the substrate.

It requires good wear resistance, protects the color ink, reduces the radiation intensity of ultraviolet rays, reduces the invasion of the ink by adverse factors in the air, prolongs the service life of the ink, and can buffer the adhesion of the substrate film and the printing layer. .

3. Printing layer

This layer is fundamental to the textural aesthetics of the transfer article. With the advancement of printing technology and the development of image processing technology, the printing layer has various colors and patterns. In particular, the pictures and texts obtained by gravure printing can well reflect the delicate pictures and texts, making the packaging and decoration effect more perfect.

4. Adhesive layer

Its basic performance is that it has a high adhesive force with the surface of the substrate to ensure that the printing layer and the surface of the substrate are firmly combined. The layer of adhesive must match the substrate. Different adhesives, due to different chemical compositions, have far different adhesion to substrates. It should be selected according to different substrates.
